Company Overview:
A China-based landscaping and construction company with operations in Singapore, providing landscape design, maintenance, and horticultural services, is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage daily HR functions and support communication with the China headquarters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave administration, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g. Work Permit, S Pass)
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore labour laws
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and appraisal forms
- Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and liaise with China headquarters (Mandarin proficiency required)
- Support department heads on HR-related matters and employee relations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience in Singapore (experience in construction or landscaping industry is an advantage)
- Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and MOM requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking management and clients
- Strong in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
