Department: Strategic Planning Department

Reports to: HR Senior Executive

Functional Relationships with:
All departments in the company

Position Profile:
The successful candidate will be involved in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Involve and support Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.

  • Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.

  • Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.

Ability/Competency Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Human Resources

  • Experience in HR strategic planning and data analytics.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.

  • Strong team player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • IT programming skills will be an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
