A leading company in Singapore is seeking an HR Data Analyst to drive digital transformation efforts across HR and enhance decision-making through data analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to analyze HR data, provide insights, and identify strategic opportunities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Description:
Department: Strategic Planning Department
Reports to: HR Senior Executive
Functional Relationships with:
All departments in the company
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will be involved in company-wide Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Involve and support Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.
Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.
Ability/Competency Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Human Resources
Experience in HR strategic planning and data analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
Strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT programming skills will be an added advantage
