Overview

Department: Strategic Planning Department

Reports to: HR Senior Executive

Functional Relationships with: All departments in Company

Position Profile: The successful candidate will involve in Talent Management activities, Digital transformation activities and HR data analytics.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Involve and support Talent Management and Digital transformation activities in HR and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand data reporting and analysis requirements from business units.
  • Propose a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, business insights, and projections for HR and manpower planning purposes.
  • Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance based on data analytics.
  • Manage projects and work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution.
Ability/Competency Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management skills
  • IT programming skills will be an added advantage
