Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop HR processes, lead recruitment, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG sectors. This role offers the opportunity to enhance employee skills through training programs and maintain positive employee relations.

• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee inquiries.

• Handle HR data and reporting for analysis.
• Organize team-building and engagement activities.
• Review and update HR policies in line with regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or above with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HRBP roles.
• Background in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, or consulting preferred.
Strong cross-cultural communication and people management skills
