As an HR Executive - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes working closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Your role will involve developing comprehensive recruitment strategies for various IT and non-IT roles, utilizing different sourcing channels and candidate pools. You will be actively involved in candidate screening and assessment, conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values.
