About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our team and manage the full spectrum of HR functions—excluding payroll. You will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring a positive employee experience, and partnering with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, offboarding, and exit interviews
  • Manage HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and letters
  • Oversee performance review processes and support continuous feedback culture
  • Provide support in training and development initiatives
  • Advise on HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Support internal communications and change management efforts
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must be good in Excel/ PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
