The role is responsible for the timely and smooth running of the operational aspects of the HR function. He or She will be supporting the Assistant Manager in the facilitation of optimizing human resource in each business unit to achieve organizational goals.
Key accountabilities
Involvement in operational initiatives from Corporate HR
Management of recruitment and onboarding process e.g., manpower requisition/approval, job profiles, and orientation of new hires
Generation of reports for various stakeholders
Organize, schedule, and execute HR engagement activities i.e., Townhall
Management of EHOR & work injury claims
Management of work-related allowances
Management of disciplinary/grievances cases
Assist on annual cycle of activities with COEs i.e., promotion exercise, performance appraisal, annual increment & variable bonus exercise, annual wage supplement, festive advance, market/salary adjustments exercise, ad-hoc compensation reviews
Management of staff’s vaccination/immunization records
Preparation of presentation slides for communication/announcement of HR policies/initiatives
Handle staff queries on any HR-related issues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor in Human Resource Management/Business Management/other relevant qualification
1-4 years of relevant working experience preferred
