Job summary

WGT Events & HR Group is seeking an HR Manager in Singapore. The role involves managing a full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll processes, and compliance with MOM regulations, alongside training program arrangements. Candidates must have a minimum Diploma in Human Resources and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resources or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction sector preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Sound knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices.
  • Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions; talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration, and more.
  • Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.
  • Involve in monthly payroll processes and WICA administration.
  • Submission of government grants and foreign worker levy waiver.
  • Responsible for arranging external training programs and application of training grants.
  • Provide training to the staffs.
