About the role

Singapore Casket Co (Pte) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to join our team based in the Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the business, with a focus on managing the end-to-end employee life cycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
  • Assist with the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the consulting or HR advisory industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
