HR Executive - Retail

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to the HR Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation and management of HR budgets, ensuring effective allocation of financial resources.
• Participate in and lead various HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables and formulas to generate insights and reports.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, addressing issues or concerns and providing support to employees as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR practices align with the overall business strategy and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or F&B industries.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
