Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Drive employee engagement, change management, and development initiatives.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, policies, and workplace issues.
• Support performance management processes, including promotion cycles and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employee records, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate on regional HR projects and support the implementation of HR strategies.
• Handle ad hoc HR duties as required.
