Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Act, CPF and MOM guidelines
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities: hiring, orientation, confirmation, leave, benefits, insurance, and exit processes
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., Times Soft)
  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Coordinate training, development programs, and performance review cycles
  • Ensure HR policies comply with legal and regulatory standards
  • Support compensation and benefits planning through market research and benchmarking
  • Attend to employee relations, welfare, engagement, and communications
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

  • Position: HR Executive
  • Location: Alexandra Road (walking distance from Labrador Park MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement Benefit + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Electric automotive products

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
