Recruitment & Selection

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define roles and finalize job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews and offers.
  • Manage foreign worker recruitment and liaise with overseas agencies.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with fair employment guidelines and educate hiring managers.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Benefits administration and maintenance
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals; update HRIS.
  • Follow up on medical reports for older and foreign staff.

Onboarding

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and system training.
  • Assign buddies and ensure workstation readiness.

General HR Support

  • Assist in other HR-related matters as needed.
  • Be open to learning and supporting other HR functions as part of job rotation and career development.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures.
  • Experience with foreign worker recruitment is preferred but not a requirement
  • Experience with construction-related staffing is preferred but not a requirement
  • Strong communication, organizational, and HRIS skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR team.
