Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced executive to join our HR team. The incumbent will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies, enhance data management and support key workforce initiatives across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Partner with business leader to execute workforce plans, recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors to understand manpower requirements and define role specifications.
  • Guide hiring managers on effective hiring practices and talent selection.
  • Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to improve metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and retention.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local community outreach.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment fairs, walk-in drives, and campus hiring events to ensure a robust pipeline.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the aerospace sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies during the recruitment process.

HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS accurately and timely.
  • Configuration and optimization of HR systems to improve user experience, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HRIS platforms.
  • Train and support HR and line managers in HRIS usage, data reporting and process flows.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Execute improvement projects in recruitment, onboarding, and HR data processes.
  • Ensure HRIS and recruitment practices are aligned with labour laws and internal controls.
  • Provide support towards internal reviews and audits.
  • Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and continuous improvement activities.
  • Any other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience in recruitment.
  • Prior experience in aerospace or manufacturing recruitment is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in HR systems (eg: SuccessFactors, SAP etc).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated
