Job summary

A leading company in interior design is looking for a Recruitment Specialist. This role involves managing the full recruitment process and assisting with daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma and a year of talent acquisition experience. Offering a salary of up to SGD 3000 plus variable bonuses in a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple job requisitions, prioritize critical roles, expand sourcing channels, and handle end-to-end hiring processes including salary proposals and offers

• Assist with daily HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, responding to employee requests, and ensuring alignment with internal HR policies

• Oversee staff attendance, leave, welfare administration, and provide general administrative support

• Focus on reducing recruitment costs and improving HR process efficiency
