Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections.
Provide support for the onboarding of new associates, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Identify training needs and create an effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our new associates.
Organize recruitment events and activities to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
Capable of drafting EDMs and recruitment materials to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications:
Local Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment preferred. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
