A leading company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Singapore to manage recruitment activities from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires a minimum Diploma and 2 years of experience in recruitment, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaboratively plan and execute recruitment campaigns while also mentoring interns within the team.
Collaborate actively within the Recruitment Team to conduct monthly recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, following up on pre- and post-interview processes, preparing and dispatching offer letters and following up with shortlisted candidates on job offer acceptance status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all business partners in recruitment, while exploring new recruitment partners to ensure a healthy talent pipeline.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered interview documentation to meet audit requirements.
Manage the Assistants/ Interns within the Recruitment Team in the absence of Immediate Superior and second incharge.
Support the Recruitment Team in sourcing, evaluating, and experimenting with various recruitment methods to attract potential candidates via social media platforms, networking events, offline recruitment, infrastructure advertisements, and collaterals. Ensure systematic record-keeping and updating of recruitment adverts on all platforms.
Assist Senior Executive to manage the recruitment hotline for recruitment matters and maintain good records of contacts with all job applicants to ensure potential future hiring opportunities.
Manage and administer all existing social media platforms for recruitment publicity and campaigns, proposing and posting advertisements for vacancies.
Pre-screen and process incoming CVs from various hiring pipelines, including corporate recruitment email, job portals, and internal referrals. Submit potential candidates to hiring managers for shortlisting.
Regularly conduct virtual or in-person interviews.
Collaborate closely with HODs to proactively plan, execute, and deliver recruitment demands, updating organizational manpower placement tables weekly.
Support the Recruitment Team to source, evaluate, and experiment with various recruitment methods to attract potential candidates. Build and maintain relationships with government agencies for support and/or funding for new hires.
Plan and execute yearly overseas recruitment campaigns in selected countries, aiming to hire potential graduates and experienced talents. Collaborate with local agents and partner universities for career talks, recruitment activities, and internship placements.
Support immediate superior and participate in local and overseas university recruitment campaigns and roadshows.
Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires from the Letter of Appointment stage to commencement of work, including collecting all onboarding forms, coordinating medical check-ups, collaborating with HR colleagues on work pass applications, issuing staff ID cards, uploading staff P-files in the centre Shared Drive, updating the placement table, setting up email accounts, and communicating with HODs/CL.
Update and report to the immediate superior/HoD on interview arrangements, outcomes, and candidate responses.
Maintain close and frequent contacts with past job applicants and ex-staff to ensure future collaboration opportunities.
Mentor and manage HR interns supporting recruitment activities, guiding them in interview arrangements and maintaining the applicant database.
Support team as the liaison and point of contact with relevant parties for recruitment matters, such as organizing career fairs, roadshows, and job postings on government-sponsored portals and sites.
Participate in and support ongoing and new staff welfare activities to achieve best-in-class work-life balance and employee satisfaction standards.
Collaborate with the HR team and leaders to support ongoing staff engagement programs through effective communication and staff activities/events campaigns.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior/HOD.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Possess sound working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Possess excellent verbal and written communicational skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
A teamplayer and has proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment. A strong work ethics and capacity to deliver results within tight deadlines and achieve recruitment targets in a fast paced work environment is essential.
Proficiency in office software literacy ie. MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
