HR Executive ( Public Healthcare, Event Planning, well-being) #HCL

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
• Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events.
• Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcomes.
• Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
• Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness.
• Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.
• Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities.
• Plan and promote cluster level social/sport activities/competitions to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all institutions e.g. Bonding Activities.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc.) will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in conducting health and sports programmes would be an advantage.
