A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee records, handle onboarding and training programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized and efficient, and handle payroll processing for the workforce. This role emphasizes resolving employee inquiries while supporting organizational events.
Responsibilities:
Managing of HR System and maintaining employee records and paperwork
Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs
Explain and provide information on employee benefits & programs
Cover all legal compliance for human resource requirements
Attend to employee questions/concerns and address them
Organising important events for the organization
Help to resolve conflicts and other issues within the company
Payroll processing for 250 HC
Working with vendor to manage dormitory issues
HR Generalist and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess good communication skills
Meticulous and able to interact with internal / external stakeholders
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
