Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of HR System and maintaining employee records and paperwork

  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs

  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits & programs

  • Cover all legal compliance for human resource requirements

  • Attend to employee questions/concerns and address them

  • Organising important events for the organization

  • Help to resolve conflicts and other issues within the company

  • Payroll processing for 250 HC

  • Working with vendor to manage dormitory issues

  • HR Generalist and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
