An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join their team. In this role, you'll manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. Your expertise in payroll management and knowledge of Singapore labor laws will be crucial as you handle end-to-end payroll processing. Additionally, you'll participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and aligning HR practices with business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone resourceful and meticulous, ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Must Payroll Experience
Jurong Island (Company Transport provided at Jurong East)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Good Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
Expatriate management – accommodation arrangement and maintenance, Support Director of Resolution and ACRA-related task when required.
Perform daily administrative functions in HR - maintaining the staff file database, managing company bus, managing Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP applications, Travel arrangement, manage mobile phone and mobile plan, handle uniforms and laundry issues. and executing additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Teambuilding, etc.) to facilitate smooth event execution.
Requirements:
A Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
Resourceful, meticulous, independent and a team player
Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
