Job description

Job Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Payroll & Compensation : Support payroll processing, including CPF contributions, leave tracking, and compensation administration.
  • Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, manage grievance procedures, support performance evaluations, and assist in disciplinary processes.
  • Training & Development : Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and development programs.
  • HR Policies & Compliance : Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, workplace safety standards, and employee benefit policies.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Office Management : Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply inventory, vendor coordination, and facilities maintenance.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employment contracts, and staff databases.
  • Executive Support : Provide administrative assistance to management, including meeting coordination, report preparation, and general office support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources and administrative support roles.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information responsibly
