Job description

Cleaning Concept Pte Ltd is a local cleaning company is seeking immediate placement of a HR Executive (Payroll & HR Ops). The HR Executive will report to the Human Resource Manager to assist to perform the functions of monthly payroll processing & Human Resource operations administration.

  • Process monthly payroll cycle for a total of 500 employees.
  • Maintain and update all new hires and leavers data accurately prior to the payroll cut-off date for payroll processing.
  • Prepare monthly HR & Finance payroll reports.
  • Assist on all payroll related queries.
  • Involve in annual audits exercise.
  • Assist to process and submit annual IR8A and IR21 to IRAS.
  • Review and propose improvement day-to-day payroll operations.
  • Maintain and Keep up to date changes to MOM, CPF, Tax legislations and other statutory guidelines.
  • Insurance claims administration
  • Monitor and manage HR systems and databases
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required
  • Plan and execute company cohesion activities
  • Assist with 6 monthly medical and work permit renewal for foreign workers
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in HRM or its equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient with MOM guidelines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences managing payroll processing for blue collar employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table & VLOOKUP) & PPT would be an added advantage.
  • Able to analysis HR or Payroll reports and an eye for details.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.
