A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources, have at least three years of HR experience, and demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll processes. This role includes managing employee records, statutory payments, and immigration matters, while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.
Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with HR Operations and Business Partners
Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims and ensure compliance with policies and legislations.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS - SAP SuccessFactor System (creation, update, verification of data, maintenance)
Manage immigration and work pass matters (applications, renewals, cancellations)
Participate in Labour Market and other Government related Surveys/claims.
Support any system migration, testing and fan-out for plant-wide implementation, including procedure/SOPs creation.
Support internal audits, compliance-related documentation and assist in administrative matters as and when required.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
Min. 3 years of HR experience including payroll management
Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and payroll compliance
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
Experience in payroll shared services and familiarity with Paymaster, SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll(ECP) system will be advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
