Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and HR administrative tasks. You will process monthly payroll, manage statutory submissions, and maintain employee records. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business and a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll working experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF and IRAS statutory requirements.
  • Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, and claims.
  • Manage all statutory submissions and HR records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and assist with administrative duties.

Job description

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments

  • Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc

  • Manage the Time Attendance system and maintain up-to-date attendance record

  • To ensure and maintain up-to-date HR records and other employment-related data

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, accruals & any ad hoc reports

Administrative

  • Maintain and assist on HR system matters

  • Assist with training registration and tracking

  • Preparation of letters – confirmation, promotion, disciplinary etc.

  • Track probation appraisal follow-up on confirmation

  • To ensure proper maintenance of employee p-files and up-to-date filing

  • Organize and support company events (Company D&D, teambuilding etc)

  • To assist in Admin/ Reception duties when required

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll working experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF and IRAS statutory requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Vlookup, and Pivot table

  • Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing datelines

  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills

  • Candidates with prior experience with Prosoft will have an added advantage
