Job description

As the HR Executive with a primary focus on payroll processing, you will be responsible for managing and executing payroll operations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will oversee multiple tiers of commission and incentive schemes, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management within the beauty and wellness sector and possess a strong understanding of compensation structures.

Job Info:

  • Basic $3,500 - $4,500
  • Location: Gantral Mall (Beside Taiseng MRT)
  • Monday to Friday 9am -6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, timekeeping, and payroll calculations.
  • Ensure accurate computation, and timely payment of salaries, commissions, and bonuses across various incentive schemes.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee deductions, bonuses, commission structures, and tax withholdings.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand, implement, and monitor commission and incentive plans to drive performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll, taxation, and employee benefits.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analyses, present findings to HR Management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address inquiries related to payroll and compensation.
  • Liaise with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation of payroll expenses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes affecting payroll and compensation in the beauty and wellness field.
  • Maybe required to assist in recruitment and employee life-cycle related tasks from time-to-time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience. preferably in the beauty and wellness industry
  • Strong understanding of complex commission structures and incentive schemes

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
