Job description

Job Info:
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Basic up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Scope:

• Oversee full-spectrum payroll processing for 300+ employees across various employment types (permanent, contract, part-time, and interns).

• Manage payroll components such as claims, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.

• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on payroll-related matters, accruals, and financial reporting.

• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, commissions, taxation, and general HR issues.

• Prepare monthly HR reports, including staff turnover, confirmation reviews, and appraisal status.

• Support the recruitment process, employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate HR records.

• Administer Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements including tax clearance, Foreign Worker Levy, and work pass termination.

• Assist with training logistics, payroll audits, and general HR administrative duties as required.
