Job summary

Job description

Recruitment:

  • Support administration for employee onboarding/ offboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires/ leavers.
  • Collate and ensure timely personnel recruitment updates into HR Sharepoint.

Finance:

  • Process and verify monthly and ad-hoc invoices to Finance team, ensuring timely payments.
  • Utilize ARIBA system to raise and track PO/PRs.
  • Raise request for creation of new vendors for payment purposes.
  • Verify employee claims for monthly approval on UNIT4 System.

Employee Benefits & Wellness:

  • Monthly purchase of birthday gift vouchers for employees.
  • Monitor employees’ confirmation and service milestones monthly - Prepare Long Service Award (LSA) and Confirmation letters for relevant managers’ signatures.
  • Oversee employee wellness program – Coordinate and oversee Wellness Competition and HR events.
  • Liaise with SNEF on workplace wellness programs for employees (e.g. Yoga/ mental wellness talks/ health coaching program)
  • Provide support for events such as potluck lunch, fun treats day etc.

Learning and Development

  • Administrative support in data collation and reporting (MS Excel skill is required)
