Recruitment:
- Support administration for employee onboarding/ offboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new hires/ leavers.
- Collate and ensure timely personnel recruitment updates into HR Sharepoint.
Finance:
- Process and verify monthly and ad-hoc invoices to Finance team, ensuring timely payments.
- Utilize ARIBA system to raise and track PO/PRs.
- Raise request for creation of new vendors for payment purposes.
- Verify employee claims for monthly approval on UNIT4 System.
Employee Benefits & Wellness:
- Monthly purchase of birthday gift vouchers for employees.
- Monitor employees’ confirmation and service milestones monthly - Prepare Long Service Award (LSA) and Confirmation letters for relevant managers’ signatures.
- Oversee employee wellness program – Coordinate and oversee Wellness Competition and HR events.
- Liaise with SNEF on workplace wellness programs for employees (e.g. Yoga/ mental wellness talks/ health coaching program)
- Provide support for events such as potluck lunch, fun treats day etc.
Learning and Development

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or HR Management
- Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences
- Proficient in MS Office
