Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operational tasks such as managing employee benefits and leave management.
Payroll Coordination & Administration
Manage accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
Collaborate with payroll agency to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Primary point of contact between the company and the payroll agency ensuring seamless communication and efficient payroll management.
Requirements
2 - 3 Years of relevant experience within a complex environment
Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
Experience with Workday and/or Timesoft will be an advantage.
Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws.
Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
1 year contract with full benefits + completion bonus, 5 days week, MNC
