HR Executive, Ops & Payroll (1 year/MNC)
Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • HR Operations for Singapore and the region
  • Assist with Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Manage end-to-end processes for, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
    • Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • HR Administration. Oversee day-to-day HR operational tasks such as managing employee benefits and leave management.
  • Payroll Coordination & Administration
    • Manage accurate and timeline processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
    • Collaborate with payroll agency to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements
    • Primary point of contact between the company and the payroll agency ensuring seamless communication and efficient payroll management

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 Years of relevant experience within a complex environment
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with Workday and/or Timesoft will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • 1 year contract with full benefits + completion bonus,5 days week, MNC
