HR Executive needed at Tampines - 5 days work week
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with progressive wage model
- Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration etc.
- Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required
- Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution
- Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments
- Partner and liaise with stakeholders both internal and external on compensation and benefits related matters
- Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
