Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foreign Employees pass processing.
  • Processing of KETs, work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Verify attendance record; prepare fortnightly payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation (Time Management System / Paymaster).
  • Process IR21, NS Claims & other claims in timely manner.
  • Maintain & update Employee Records.
  • Foreign Employees Travel Arrangement.
  • Monitor Pre-employment check-up for new employees and collection of medical reports.
  • CPF / Levy refund submission.
  • Co-ordinate with manpower agency on hiring.
  • Recruitment & Talent outreach.
  • Health & Wellness activities.
  • Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean need to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions.
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
