Job Responsibilities:
Foreign Employees pass processing.
Processing of KETs, work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
Verify attendance record; prepare fortnightly payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation (Time Management System / Paymaster).
Process IR21, NS Claims & other claims in timely manner.
Maintain & update Employee Records.
Foreign Employees Travel Arrangement.
Monitor Pre-employment check-up for new employees and collection of medical reports.
CPF / Levy refund submission.
Co-ordinate with manpower agency on hiring.
Recruitment & Talent outreach.
Health & Wellness activities.
Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Only Singaporean need to apply.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
