Job description

  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with progressive wage model
  • Manage medical, health insurance, work injury compensation, leave administration etc.
  • Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity, and childcare leave as required
  • Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution
  • Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments
  • Partner and liaise with stakeholders both internal and external on compensation and benefits related matters
  • Add any other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean need to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
