A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage crucial HR functions including payroll processing and recruitment. This role involves collaborating with APAC teams and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates should have a diploma in HR and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR data, payroll processing, income tax matters, and government claims across multiple regions.
Oversee employee life cycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and work pass administration.
Coordinate compensation, benefits, insurance, and leave administration to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support performance appraisals, internal communications, and benchmarking research on salary and bonus structures.
Drive training coordination, grant applications, and reporting to align with company development goals.
Collaborate with APAC HR teams on projects and audits, while staying updated on labor regulations and HR trends.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in HR or relevant
Minimum 3 years of working experience
