A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations and payroll compliance. The role requires collaboration with business units, engagement with stakeholders, and support for comprehensive HR functions. Applicants should possess a degree in HRM and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with overseas business units to deliver seamless HR operational services.
Actively engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, line managers, and employees, to support HR initiatives.
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, ensuring compliance for both local and overseas operations.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and company policies.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, supporting local audits.
Provide comprehensive support across the full spectrum of HR functions, addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs.
Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
At least 3 year(s) working experience in related field.
