Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to provide comprehensive operational support for learning initiatives, monitor mandated learning courses, and facilitate onboarding programmes. The successful candidate will have a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities are essential for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of L&D experience in a similar role.
  • Certification in ACTA/ACLP/DACE will be an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

· Provide end-to-end operational support for all L&D initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, coordinating programmes, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, programme evaluation etc.;

· Monitor completion of mandated learning courses, and identify lapses for enhancements;

· Engage and partner with Institutes of Higher Learning and national agencies to identify and administer internship, professional attachment and scholarship programmes;

· Innovate training-related processes and practices through digitalisation by evaluating its impact on the delivery of HR services;

· Facilitate onboarding programmes by developing content and materials for new hire orientation programmes and analysing data and feedback on the quality of the onboarding experience;

· Manage SSG and other regulatory training reimbursements, ensuring documentation and submission compliance;

· Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to internal or government audit or training related surveys;

· Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of L&D experience in a similar role;

· Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups;

· Strong team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently;

· Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail;

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines;

· Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint;

· Certification in ACTA/ACLP/DACE will be an added advantage.
