Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to support end-to-end execution of training initiatives. Job description

Job Description:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of programs.

  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including venue bookings, materials preparation, calendar scheduling, and participant communication. Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to L&D offerings.

  • Assist in creating, customizing, and branding training materials, presentations, and job aids. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and refine content and resources. Research and curate external learning tools and training providers.

  • Track and report on attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback. Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations. Prepare reports with L&D metrics and insights for decision-making.

  • Support L&D budget tracking and utilization. Provide administrative assistance across HR functions, especially during peak periods. Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects involving talent management, employee engagement, or HR systems.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3 years of related experience

  • Strong understanding of L&D principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Additional Information:

  • Up to $5500 with VB and AWS

  • Located in Pasir Ris
