Job Responsibility

Retail Recruitment & HR Business Partnering

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, ensuring alignment with manpower needs and business goals.

  • Partner with retail leadership to develop HR strategies that support sales, service excellence, and workforce planning.

  • Advise store managers on staffing, employee relations, and performance matters, ensuring compliance with policies and labour laws.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and a positive workplace culture.

  • Support talent development by identifying high-potential staff and planning career growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data management.

  • Contribute to training, HR projects, and DEI strategies to foster an inclusive environment.

  • Support organizational changes (e.g., restructuring or M&A) by providing HR guidance and managing change communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in Retail or F&B recruitment
