A leading company is seeking an HR Executive to handle full HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as HR Executive
Responsibilities
In-charge of full spectrum of HR functions in HQ Office, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance appraisal, staff benefits etc
Maintain and update HR database by using HRIS system
Handle leave and benefits administration, and respond to all queries related to leave and benefits entitlement
Process payroll for certain group of employees by the end of each month using payroll software
Prepare monthly payroll analysis report and payment vouchers
Process reimbursement claims
Submit monthly CPF and Tax filings (IR8A and IR21) for employees
Assist in government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave) and government grants submission
Prepare and generate regular HR Reports
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years HR experiences in any industry
Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
Knowledge of SNB requirements on various applications and employments of healthcare roles
