Job description

Responsibilities:

General HR

  • Preparation of various employee letters, increment and bonus letters, and correspondences, and the administration of employee resignation process.

  • Preparation of new employee onboarding and briefing.

  • Prepare new employee confirmation appraisal to HODs and notify insurer on H&S and Travel insurance cover for new employees upon confirmation.

  • Manage payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure timely submission of Central Provident Fund contribution. (Maker)

  • Update and maintain personnel records and leave records management.

  • Assist in updating all HR related policies.

  • Responsible in Sustainability Environmental Data reporting

  • Attend to employees’ ad-hoc request.


Administrative Support

  • Oversee facility management matters such as office security system, office access card, employees’ locker, etc.

  • Responsible for office refurbishing, repairs, renovation etc.

  • Assist in purchasing and monitoring the stock level of pantry supplies, office stationery and printing materials, eg. business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc, by liaising with vendors and suppliers.

  • Perform office administrative tasks and provide logistic support and coordination for regional training programmes.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resource operational experience

  • Good knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
