Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and process payroll-related activities.
  2. Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave administration, medical benefits, and claims).
  3. Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys.
  4. Support annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
  5. Maintain accurate records related to compensation and benefits.
  6. Provide support during audits and prepare relevant C&B reports.
  7. Handle employee queries.
  8. Support coordination and logistics for internal training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  9. Support the implementation of HR projects.
