Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly defined and reflect the specific needs of each department.
  3. Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  4. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  5. Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, facilitating panel discussions, and supporting hiring decisions.
  6. Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews, conducting competency-based assessments.
  7. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
