HR Executive (Healthcare, Event Planning, Well-being) #HCL
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
- Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events
- Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.
- Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
- Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness
- Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.
- Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities
- Plan and promote cluster level social/sport activities/competitions to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all institutions e.g. Bonding Activities
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc) will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in conducting health and sports programmes would be an advantage.
