Overview

Location: Clementi
Working hours: Monday - Friday Office hours

Job Scope
  • Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, maintaining information in the HR systems.
  • Responsible for payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.
  • Responsible for the full scope of training and development administration for employees.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Support to Managing Director
  • Assist to coordinate Managing Director\'s appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  • Assist with submission of expenses claims.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Managing Director\'s office.
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in any relevant field
  • Min. 4-5 years relevant HR Experience with Hands on Payroll experience
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations especially around payroll.
  • Good payroll experience, preferably experience with Easypay/ Workday
  • Able to start immediate/ within a short notice
