A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for store operations and collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies. This permanent role requires a minimum diploma or degree with 2-3 years of experience in Retail or F&B recruitment, focused on enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Job Details
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Employment Type: Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for store operations, ensuring alignment with workforce requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with retail leadership to formulate HR strategies that drive sales, service excellence, and effective manpower planning.
Advise store managers on staffing, employee relations, and performance issues while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and a positive work environment.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees to support talent development and career progression.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data integrity.
Contribute to training initiatives, HR projects, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs to promote an inclusive workplace.
Provide HR support during organizational changes, including restructuring and mergers/acquisitions, ensuring effective change communication and compliance.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in Retail or F&B recruitment
