Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Handle the entire recruitment process, onboarding, offboarding, employee queries, and provide guidance to juniors.

  2. Support HR operations to ensure smooth processes within the organization.

  3. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and maintenance of employee records in HR systems/databases.

  4. Communicate effectively with employees across all levels and backgrounds, addressing workplace grievances and management queries.

  5. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, local audits, and statutory obligations.

  6. Plan and organize employee welfare programs and company-wide initiatives.

Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in HRM or an equivalent qualification.

  2. 3-4 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

  3. Familiarity with the Employment Act, local laws, and regulations.

  4. Experience with RBA or ISO-related HR audits is a plus.
