Job summary

A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to support learning and development, recruitment, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or Business Administration and familiarity with local employment laws. Responsibilities include managing payroll, vendor relations, and HRIS systems. Competitive compensation offered with a one-year contract.

Job description

Duration: 1 yr contract

Salary: Up to $3.4K with completion bonus

Location: Woodlands

Job Scope:

1. Provide Learning and Development administration support

• Responsible for internal and external training administration/records in system

• Training grant administration

• Liaising with vendors on training details

2. Assist in all employee engagement activities and projects (Recreation activities, year end dinner etc.)

3. Provide Recruitment support

• Job posting in career portals (iCIMS, LinkedIn etc.)

• Initial screening of resumes

• Scheduling and interviewing candidates

• Onboarding (Preparation of offer letter, close job and create employee database etc.)

4. Responsible for New Hire Onboarding

• Liaising with new hires on pre-employment medical examination and collecting of complete documents for p-files, payroll etc.

• Follow up on New Hire preparation in Sharepoint to activate relevant departments on the new onboarding

• Uploading new staff announcement in Intranet

• Arranging and conducting first day and quarterly orientations for new hires

• Work pass applications and renewals (whenever it is applicable)

5. Administer payroll by furnishing payroll inputs to outsource payroll vendors and verification of payroll details

6. Administer termination of employment activities

• Prepare acceptance of resignation, acknowledgement of non-disclosure and exit checklist

• Coordinating with third party to furnish information for exit interviews

• Update iCIMS and email resignee list to relevant departments

7. Responsible for all HRIS

• Administer and manage the full suite of HRIS systems including IT system Training, leave (SAGE), time management, employee claims (Justlogin) and time clocking system (Cirtrix 2000)

• Physical Personnel files management including opening P files for new hires and closing P files for exit cases.

8. Provide HR administration support such as Process invoices for payments and others as directed

9. Benefits Administration

10. Quarterly Staff Meetings and logistics management

11. Managing of vendors providing employees’ services (bus, vending machines, fruits)

12. Other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in HR or Business Administration or other relevant course

• Familiar with local employment legislation law

• Some admin experience preferred
