A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage various human resource functions, including payroll, recruitment, and compliance. This position requires a Diploma in HR Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive team player.
LOCATION: EASTOFFICE HOURS: 8:30AM to 6:15PM (MON TO FRI)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly payroll
Assist in recruitment and on-boarding activities
Preparation and signing of employment contracts
Application of work passes
Handle enquiries from staff on leave, salary issues, HR policies, benefits and other HR related matters
Assist in the co-ordination of the probation, confirmation and annual review exercise
Assist to coordinate leadership development and internship / place & train programme
In-charge of HR Reporting
Other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5 years HR experience
Candidates with payroll experience and familiar with HR Employment Act will be an added advantage
Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
Able to multi-task and work independently
Strong Excel Skills
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
Adaptable in fast-paced environment
