Handle enquiries from staff on leave, salary issues, HR policies, benefits and other HR related matters
Assist in the co-ordination of the probation, confirmation and annual review exercise
Assist to coordinate leadership development and internship / place & train programme
In-charge of HR Reporting
Other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years' working experience
Candidates with payroll experience and familiar with HR Employment Act will be an added advantage
Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
Able to multi-task and work independently
Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
