Job Description

• Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

• Process monthly payroll accurately for all staff (including event promoters) and submit IR21 forms.

• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

• Establish and monitor department-specific KPIs.

• Maintain confidential employee records (personal details, contracts, payroll data, performance appraisals).

Requirement

• Min 2-3years of relevant experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• Experience in using Infotech System is added advantage.
