Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, providing guidance and ensuring consistent application.
Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Schedule and coordinate staff training programs, maintaining up-to-date records of employee development activities.
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, and leave.
Assist in the implementation and coordination of performance appraisal processes.
Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources is preferred.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
