Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, providing guidance and ensuring consistent application.

  • Coordinate and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Schedule and coordinate staff training programs, maintaining up-to-date records of employee development activities.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, and leave.

  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of performance appraisal processes.

  • Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
